The coaching part of an engagement helps financial advisors define those areas that can best serve the advisor. The coach then works with you on how best to approach implementation. Engagements are uniquely designed for each FA team based on the advisor’s current situation, their wants and needs, and where they want to be at some future point in time, your “desired future state.”
